Classes may occasionally need to be cancelled. When opening your profile on the web https://www.getmatchable.com/account/ you can view all your classes.
How to reschedule a class/trainer?
Remember a class can only be rescheduled if it's 'upcoming'. In case the class is in the past, it's not possible to reschedule it. In that case you must contact the trainer or venue.
Navigate to Private training > select training > Edit > Reschedule.
A new screen will open where you can easily select your new class, date and time.
In order to change your preferred trainer, navigate to Private training > select class > Edit > Change Trainer.
Is there no availability on your preferred date/time?
In this case we would recommend you to get in touch with your preferred trainer. You can find the contact details on the venue's page. Or Private training > Contact venue.
