When you cancel a training, or a trainer cancelled the class for you, you've got the following options:
- The trainer/venue can refund you with a voucher
- The trainer/venue can refund your money*
In both cases you'll need to get in touch with the trainer or venue, as Matchable does not collect your paid amount but instead transfers it directly to the venue where you booked your training.
* = This only applies if the venue agrees. The venue may choose to reimburse you for the training in another way, such as a voucher.
How to contact the trainer or venue?
Login your profile at https://www.getmatchable.com/account/ and select the training you would like to cancel.
Select 'Contact Venue' and a new window will open with the contact details.
