When you cancel a class, or a trainer cancelled the class for you, you've got the following options:
- The trainer/venue can refund you with a voucher
- The trainer/venue can refund your money*
In both cases you would need to get in touch with the trainer/venue. As Matchable does not collect your paid amount and directly transfers it to the venue where you scheduled your training.
* = This only applies if the venue agrees. The venue may choose to reimburse you for the training in another way such as a voucher.
How to contact the trainer/venue?
Open your profile https://www.getmatchable.com/account/ and select the class you would like to cancel.
Select 'Contact Venue' and a new window will open with the contact details.
