Onboarding to Matchable

Get your venue started

Welcome to MATCHABLE!

To get started your onboarding specialist has sent you an email with your login credentials and link to the back-office.

In case you have not received any email, please check your SPAM folder or contact support@matchable.io. One of our specialists will reach out to you and help you getting started.


Already got access to the back-office?

Open your back-office: https://manager.getmatchable.com/

  1. Navigate on the left slide bar to ‘Venue profile

  2. Fill out as much as information as possible and click on ‘Save changes

    Pro tip
    : Adding a banner and venue logo will attract more attention! 
    Example:

At the end of the process your onboarding specialist will review your venue before going live. Also, please note that you will be able to make changes at ANY time!


Opening hours

Now, let’s have a look at your opening hours.
Navigate to Settings > Venue Schedule

You will see two venue schedules.

  1. Primary venue schedule: This is your regular opening hours.

  2. Temporary venue schedule: In case your opening hours change, for example, during winter season, you can add it here. It will override the Primary schedule.

Let’s set up your Primary Venue schedule first.

  1. Click on ‘Create Schedule

  2. Name your opening hours

  3. Select the start and end date

  4. Select the days your venue’s open

  5. Add the start and end times

  6. Click on the ‘+’ icon to add times in case your venue is closed during specific hours that day.

  7. Once done, click on ‘Save changes’ on the top right corner.



Payments & Billing

Awesome! With the basics set up and the opening hours in place it’s time to make sure about the billing section.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Payment & Billing 

  2. Click on Connect on your preferred provider. Have a look at this article for more information before you start.


Integrations

In case you work with MATCHi’s reservation platform you can easily connect our tool with them.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations 

  2. Click on Connect on your preferred platform

  3. Add your Facility ID

    IMPORTANT:
    In order to connect your MATCHi to Matchable, please inform your Matchable's Onboarding Specialist about this and pass on your Facility ID.
